Chronic Nuisance Properties

Chronic nuisance properties are the worst detriment to quality of life in many of our Cincinnati neighborhoods. We demanded Adminsitration action during our Public Safety meetings over the past year, and I'm happy to report a good result.

Here is the police department response with the worst property owners who have been billed for repeated service calls to their properties.  The problem is that none of them have paid their bills, and so far we have not gone after them to make them pay. 

Here is also a list of nuisance properties taken to the Housing Court Docket. City administration released this report to Council.
