Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls arranged a trip to Nashville, TN so we could learn about form-based codes and see the wonderful developments they've created in that city. Council Members who took the trip: Me, (Laure Quinlivan), Wendell Young and Charlie Winburn. Others included neighborhood activists like Norm Lewis, 20-something hipsters like Jenny and downtown experts like David Ginsburg from DCI. I shot this video on my little handicam while we were touring...enjoy.
